Dr. Saadia Qaiser, recently completed her Family Medicine Residency from The University of Calgary in 2013. She is interested in using her abilities and skills to provide quality Medical care for her patients. She is soft-spoken, has excellent clinical skills and she believes in taking her time to know her patients and their families in order to provide the right support for patients needs. Services provided in English, Punjabi, Pashtu and Urdu.
Dr. Susan Sherwali, MBBS, MRCGP, CCFP

Dr. Susan Sherwali is a fully qualified Family Physician, who completed her Specialist Training in London, United Kingdom. Her training involved placement in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology. Prior to this, she had graduated from Guy’s Hospital, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School, London, in 2016. She has a special interest in Women’s Health, Lifestyle Medicine, and Dermatology. Dr. Sherwali is passionate about empowering patients through patient education and is a strong advocate for helping individuals understand their health and make informed decisions about their care. Services provided in English, Farsi and Dari.
Dr. Yujin Kang, MDCM, CCFP

Dr. Yujin Kang received her medical degree from McGill University in Montreal and completed her family medicine residency training at the University of Calgary. Prior to obtaining the medical degree, she graduated with degrees in microbiology and immunology as well as psychology on the Dean’s Honour List at McGill University.
Dr. Gaurav Adhikari, MD, CCFP

Dr. Gaurav Adhikari is a family physician practising at Essence Medical Clinic in Calgary. Having grown up in Northeast Calgary, Dr. Adhikari brings a strong personal connection to the community and is committed to serving the patients and families who call it home. He completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Alberta, followed by his Family Medicine residency at the University of Calgary.
Dr. Adhikari provides comprehensive, patient-centred care and has a particular interest in mental health, supported by additional elective experience in pediatric mental health. He values building long-term relationships with patients and creating a respectful, welcoming environment where individuals and families feel heard and supported. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.
He is fluent in English and Nepali and speaks conversational Hindi. Dr. Adhikari is currently accepting new patients.
